We offer a selection of public and private classes with our Coffee Educators in our Brooklyn and West Village Cupping Labs.
Classes are designed to teach everyone, from the coffee novice to the experienced home barista, the elements of brewing great coffee.
- When are your classes held?
Classes are scheduled on an individual basis seven days a week. The earliest start time is 10 am, the latest start time is 4 pm. Public Cuppings are held on Saturdays at 1:30 pm in Williamsburg and the West Village and on Sundays at 1:30 pm in the West Village.
- How long are your classes?
Our Brew Methods class run for 60 minutes. All other classes are 90 minutes long.
- How many people can attend an Espresso Class?
Our classes are designed to be taught in a one-on-one class setting. However, we are able to make an exception and allow two participants to take the class. Each participant will be charged the class rate.
- How many people can attend a Private Group Cupping?
You may book up to five people in a Private Group Cupping class. Please book for “1 person” and then you are welcome to bring anywhere from one to five people.
- Where are your classes held?
Classes are held at our Brooklyn Cupping Lab, located inside our Café and Roastery on 125 North 6th Street, and our West Village Brew Parlor, located at 44 Charles Street in Manhattan.
- How do I pay for my class?
You can pay at checkout through our website. If you have any issues, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send you an invoice.
- Can I buy a class for someone as a gift?
Yes, we have vouchers available for gifts. You can email email@example.com with the subject line "gift." and give us a call at 347-457-6160 to take payment. The recipient will be able to redeem the voucher at their at convenience.
- What happens if I can't make it to my class?
Please note, all brew school bookings are final sale. We are not able to reschedule or refund classes. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
