Our new June Dynamic Cupping Series Class will explore the perception of olfactory senses using the famed Le Nez du Café kit. Modeled after the Q Graders Test, students will begin to learn how to detect, recognize and memorize 36 aromatic scents found in the fragrance and aroma of coffee. With guided worksheets and hands-on-practice, students will also learn the four groups by which coffee scents are categorized (Enzymatic, Sugar Browning, Dry Distillation or Aromatic Taints). The Dynamic Series will be held in the West Village Lab every Friday at 3:30 pm.
