Cold Brew and Iced Methods
Why We Love It
This class will focus on various cold coffee brewing methods while comparing and contrasting equipment, techniques and the resulting flavor differences.
The Cold Brew and Iced Methods class will showcase the KitchenAid® Cold Brew Coffee Maker,, Japanese Iced Coffee on Chemex and Iced French Press. Students will have the opportunity to sample and brew each method with a guided one-on-one instruction from a Toby’s Educator inside our Brooklyn Roastery Cupping Lab. Students will also leave with a recipe to make their very own signature drink.
Terms: All brew school bookings are final sale. Like a concert or theater ticket, no refunds or exchanges will be issued if you are unable to make the class. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your class will be cancelled with no refund. If you are running late, please contact the location your class was scheduled for. Please do not bring any outside food or drink and keep personal perfumes and fragrances to a minimum to allow the coffee aromas to stand out without conflict.
