About this coffee

Our first Guatemala release of 2018 is a truly unique tasting opportunity—a trio set of individual cultivars (Bourbon, Yellow Ripenings, and Pacamara) from our Direct Farm partner, Las Moritas.

Our partnership with Higinio Gomez, producer of Las Moritas, began three years ago. His flawless cherry production coupled with innovative processing has continually produced sweet and delicious coffees.

Like many coffee farms, Las Moritas is home to multiple cultivars, a practice that can make it exceedingly difficult to isolate individual varities. But due to the vision, organization, and dedication of Gomez, we are able to showcase these isolations of Bourbon, Pacamara, and Yellow Ripenings as one, limited-edition set.
