Located on the steep slopes of the Sierra de las Minas mountains and fed by natural spring water, Las Moritas is run by Higinio Gomez, a producer with profound vision, organization and dedication to his craft.

While our earlier Las Moritas variety trio offered a fun look at how coffee varieties can impact flavor, this release showcases how well those varieties can work together to create the perfect Guatemalan profile.

With the depth and sweetness of caramelized sugars and the balanced brightness of stone fruit and sweet citrus, Las Moritas is a celebration of the beautiful coffees from Don Higinio.
