Sítio Niquinho

Why We Love It

“Accessible and immediately familiar. Sítio unfurls sip after sip with a bright approach followed by a lingering, chocolaty finish. Full bodied without sacrificing clarity – the Sítio is an excellent cup to spend some time with.” – Roaster, Ted Jamison

About this coffee

This harvest from Brazil’s Carmo de Minas region comes to us from fourth-generation coffee producer Luiz Paulo. Named after Luiz’s grandfather, Fazenda Sítio Senhor Niquinho is home to native forests, riparian woods, and beautifully preserved water sources. These ideal farming conditions coupled with Luiz’s passion for growing specialty coffee has resulted in a classic single origin that is remarkably sweet and clean.

You will love this comforting offering with notes of caramelized nuts and a delicate stone fruit acidity.
