Todos Santos

Why We Love It

“The Todos Santos returns for the second year running, and for good reason. Pairing a crisp acidity with a balanced, medium roast, this coffee fits in perfectly at the breakfast table, after dinner,or anywhere in between.” – Alex Reubert, Production Roaster

About this coffee

Protected by the mountains of Mexico, the well-known Huehuetenango region produces some of Guatemala’s most fruit-forward and beloved coffees. The El Esfuerzo Association (meaning The Effort in Spanish) is comprised of twenty-nine individual farmers that collectively produce over 1,600 bags of coffee per year.  Their Todos Santos offering is a beautiful representation of the quality coming out this area.

The offering is an incredibly comforting and sweet coffee with notes of Fuji Apple, caramel and pecan.
