When will my coffee be roasted?
Plan accordingly. See the chart for when you will receive your coffee. We roast all of our coffee to order Sunday through Thursday. Unless the coffee lists a special roast date, the cut off to get your order in for the following roast day is 1:30pm.
When will my coffee be shipped?
Plan accordingly. See the chart for when you will receive your coffee. We ship online orders Monday through Friday. Example: if you get your order in before 1:30pm on Monday, your order will roast on Tuesday and ship out on Wednesday. If you get your order in after 1:30pm on Thursday, your order will not ship until the following Monday. If a major U.S. holiday falls on one of those days you can expect your coffee to go out the next available shipping day.
When will my subscription roast and ship?
Coffee subscriptions roast on Sunday for shipment on Monday.
What kind of shipping should I choose for my order?
USPS Priority mail takes about 2-3 days to get anywhere in the U.S. however, their delivery times are not guaranteed and they do not deliver on Sunday. If choosing a FedEx option like express or 2 day shipping, keep in mind that these are business days only and not weekends. Please see the map below for FedEx Ground transit time.
I placed my order a week ago and still haven’t received my package. Did it get lost?
First, check the tracking number that gets emailed to you upon shipping. If you chose USPS and the tracking states that the package has been delivered, call your local post office. Often they have it there waiting to be claimed. If you live on the West Coast and ship FedEx Ground, please keep in mind that your package will take 5-6 business days to reach you or 7-8 days including the weekend. Once the package has left the facility, it is out of our hands. (If your package is lost or delivered incorrectly please reach out to email@example.com.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we are not able to ship internationally. We are actively looking for a way to ship overseas that will ensure coffee freshness but we’re not quite there yet!
